Norma Villarreal serves at the Central California Conference as Departmental Director for Camp Ministries, Adventurers, Pathfinders, TLT’s Mission Trips, and oversees the Hispanic Youth Federations.

Since her arrival to the Youth Department in 2008, her commitment level to provide the best Christian ministry to our youth, have been extreamly high and commendable. Without a doubt her number one priority have been to serve Jesus Christ and His church with excelence.
