The tract is fantastic. However, one item I would update is under the heading "Dietary Practices." It says "unhealthy dietary practices impair the brain's emotional circuitry---" citing one example "excessive salt intake." This may be misunderstood by many. According to Dr Brownstein, the problem is we are using the wrong kind of salt. We must not use refined salt or even refined sea salt. But we must have at least 1 tsp of Himalayan Salt, Real Salt (or similar salt) daily (containing all the natural minerals). People will be ill if they cut out salt period. And, what does 'excessive' mean anyway? Just a thought!
